My name is Dulcey Mulder and I was born in September 1981. Since the summer of 2004 I have enjoyed working at this clinic. I've always loved animals, but I never thought I'd do anything with them later. That is why I went to Leiden after the Mavo and followed a 4-year tourist education. During my internships I discovered that this work is not for me (a lot of sitting and a lot behind the computer). After obtaining this diploma I started following a course in Barneveld. Graduated in para-veterinary in 2004.

I am currently working on a cat behavior course and this year I will start training animal behavior advisor in a veterinary practice. Then I hope to be better able to speak to you in the future and / or to be able to give advice about (problem) behavior of your cat / dog / rabbit.

Working as a veterinary is very varied; from advising and helping customers at the counter to preparing and assisting operations. As head assistant I am also responsible for coordinating the daily activities and try to ensure that everyone can work pleasantly. I live in Rijswijk, which is near The Hague. I live there with my boyfriend and together we have a sweet naughty toddler and a sweet shy cat running around the shelter! So busy at home too!

See you at Dierenkliniek de Wetering.
