Obstetric Ultrasound

To see if your animal may be pregnant it is possible to do an obstetric ultrasound with our own equipment. This type of ultrasound can be made from day 28 of the pregnancy, it is not possible to see the exact number of kittens or pups on an
ultrasound. If you do want to know the number of kittens or pups we can take an x-ray after day 47-52 of the pregnancy ( in large breed dogs it may be easier to take the x-ray a few days earlier).
