X-ray

Our X-ray machines provide excellent quality images, they are used to detect a variety of problems including arthritis, tumors, lung abnormalities, fractures and bladder and kidney stones.

One of the most common and valuable medical diagnostic tools is radiography or x-rays. X-rays are highly useful for screening areas of the body that have contrasting tissue densities or when evaluating solid tissues. Our hospital is equipped to perform routine radiology services to identify many types of illness or injury when pets are sick or suffer a trauma. The x-rays are developed in a full automatic machine that makes sure they are always of good quality and can be developed immediately, giving us the results in a matter of minutes after taking the x-ray.

Digital Dental X-ray

For dental procedures we now have a digital dental x-ray unit. During dental procedures it may be necessary to take x-rays of teeth or molars. Problems regarding the roots and non-surface tooth disease can be detected this way, as well as any problems regarding retained roots.

Normal x-ray equipment does not give de details necessary to identify these problems. With the digital system now available to us we are able to diagnose all these problems.
